Yes! We offer pet-friendly apartments in SW Santa Fe and welcome your furry friends upon approval. Our policy includes a $250 non-refundable fee, a $250 deposit, and a monthly pet rent of $20 per pet. Learn more about our community features on our Amenities page.

​Vista Alegre Apartments provides convenient guest parking and gated access for our residents. While we do not currently offer on-site EV charging stations, our prime location provides easy access to major freeways and nearby local amenities.

Residents of our apartments in SW Santa Fe enjoy close proximity to various transit stations. For those commuting via the Santa Fe Trails bus system, several stops are located nearby, and we are a short distance from the Santa Fe Railyard train station for regional travel.
